As Chief Executive Officer of InCorp Indonesia, Ferry Lugito leads the company’s strategic vision and overall direction, leveraging over 28 years of executive leadership experience in the technology and corporate services sector. Prior to joining Ascentium and InCorp Group, Ferry served as the Regional Managing Director of Tricor Orisoft, where he was responsible for successfully driving the company’s expansion across the ASEAN market. His extensive international career also includes a distinguished 17-year tenure with ADP, holding diverse management roles across both the US and Asia. Ferry holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University in Finland and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in the United States.
