As Chief Executive Officer of InCorp Indonesia, Ferry Lugito brings over 24 years of expertise in HRIS & payroll services to guide the company’s strategic direction. Prior to joining Ascentium and InCorp Group, Ferry served as the Regional Managing Director of Tricor Orisoft, where he led the company’s expansion across ASEAN. Before his tenure at Tricor Orisoft, Ferry spent over 17 years with ADP, holding diverse roles both in the US and Asia. Ferry holds an MBA from Aalto University in Finland and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in the United States.
